{Monica + Todd} Wedding Photography; Awbrey Glen Bend, Oregon
Simple beauty. Two words to describe Monica and Todd and their wedding day. They share a simple, obvious love that was captured with family and friends to witness recently at Awbrey Glen Golf Club in Bend, Oregon. We had the fortunate pleasure to play paparazzi to this fantastic couple and document their wedding journey. From champagne in the dressing room, to a long first wedding kiss and waving golfers as they pass by…it was a fun, eventful day! One of our favorite moments was when the officiant signed their wedding certificate, the last to make it official, as Monica and Todd embraced in the background.
Thank you, Monica and Todd. We had a lot of fun (and even ran into a few friends!). We wish you and your family the best and look forward to sharing more of life’s experiences (Monica is a life coach and Toastmaster friend) in and around Bend! A toast to you as you embark together on the next chapter…
Best,
Byron and Wendy
A stunning bride…just look at those eyes!
Aren’t those the best group of men you’ve seen?

Bend, Oregon Engagement Session For Greg and Karen at McMenamins Old St. Francis
Karen and Greg are a true testimonial to online dating! It all started on cupid.com when Karen and Greg posted their profiles with purposefully casual pictures. Karen said she wanted to meet someone who was drawn to her personality. Greg is a laid back, quiet man that was drawn to Karen’s outgoing nature, so they make perfect companions! It was such a pleasure to hang out with the both of them for their engagement shoot, taken at the location of their first date, McMenamins Old St. Francis in Bend, Oregon. To kick off the session and gab about their upcoming beach wedding in beautiful Captiva Island in Florida, we all ordered a round of drinks to celebrate and spend some time with this fun couple. Since it was all prearranged by a good friend of Karen’s and event coordinator, Cindy Tintle (Lay It Out Events), it was the first time we were able to meet face-to-face.
They were both great sports since a wedding was going on a the same time as their shoot! We got to explore some new areas in a familiar location and had some fun near the cigar bar and pool table
Karen and Greg, thanks so much for the opportunity to work with you both, you are the epitome of a relaxed, sophisticated couple. We are so excited to travel to Florida, spend time with your kids, family, and friends and capture your sunset wedding here in about a month! Cheers and congratulations to you both…

I can’t get out of my head that you’re about ready to enter a snazzy Jazz bar.
Okay, so I never really noticed this hot Juke box until now!
A great headshot, Greg! And we got a smile outta you after all

Emily and Luke's Wedding – Sisters Airport, Oregon
After seeing Emily pull a 6-seater Cessna airplane out of a Bend Airport hangar – in her wedding dress, mind you – we knew we were in for a treat! I had the pleasure of flying with the bride and family to Sisters while her groom waited on the ground. The quaint, family ceremony took place under the freshly-snowed Cascades on the runway of the Sisters airport. The bride and groom endured a chilly, 50 degree day, while Luke sniffled with a recent cold – all sure to be the funny details of their wedding day to remember! This adorable couple are a great pair. Luke, Emily – we wish you both the best in love and happiness together. Thank you for letting us share our creative juices with you this very special day.
Angie & Travis Wedding at K&K Gardens in Bend, Oregon
Right as Angie slipped into her cowboy boots, below her beautiful wedding dress, I knew it was going to be a fun day. Two young, fun and energetic people joined together with their friends and family out at K&K Gardens on the outskirts of Bend, Oregon for a great celebration. The gardens were in full bloom and the beautiful bridge and pond lay as a backdrop to their charming vows. After the ceremony, the wedding party portraits where a sight to be seen as everyone was enjoying the moment – taking to a new level every suggestion we had. The sunset was spectacular, lending color to all the outdoor shots. Thank you Angie and Travis, we had such a great time capturing your special day!
Jackie & Russ Get Married In The Beautiful Central Oregon Town Of Bend
So I get this call from Jackie and she explains to me that the very next day is her wedding and she needs a photographer. It turns out that her marriage to Russ was not random at all though. They both love Central Oregon and decided to drive over to Bend for the day, get married, have a quick photo shoot, celebrate with some lunch and drive back up to Washington. We had a great time together and I was thoroughly impressed as Jackie walked up this rocky trail in her heels to get to a tree swing and some great views. Congratulations to the both of you!
