{2013 Year In Review} – Byron Roe Photography Weddings!

We are wishing each and every one of you a very happy holiday and kick butt start to 2014!  Thank you for making 2013 a banner year for us and our ever-growing business working with you – our incredible clients, during the incredible moments in your lives.  Choosing us to participate and document your wedding journey is a huge honor and one we throw ourselves at passionately everyday.

Here’s a few highlights including publications, awards and travel and some of our FAVORITE weddings from 2013!  Our destination wedding travel included Chicago, Italy and Seattle, Portland and San Francisco a few times over – a total BLAST!

We can’t forget last year’s New Year’s Eve wedding with {Leah + Alec}!  What a way to ring in 2013 with -9 degree temps and a BIG party!

We jump started the first of the year by being published in print for a ‘real weddings’ feature in Portland Bride & Groom Magazine with an incredible wedding at Pronghorn as well as having the HUGE honor of being voted a FINALIST for Oregon Magazine’s ‘Best Of’ for Non-Portland photography studios!

We traveled back to Byron’s hometown of Milwaukee and Chicago area to capture {Melissa + Nick’s} big day at the W Hotel and their fab day after session. And in a double header 2 months later, {Melissa + Nick – Part 2} also had a FULL second wedding in Portland starting at the Nines hotel and ending on the waterfront – so beautiful!

From there we spent the month of June in Italy for commercial work and had the opportunity to work with past Italian bride on an inspiration shoot in Lake Como, Italy.
