{Casey + Damon} House on Metolius Wedding Photography – Camp Sherman, Oregon

When Casey and Damon told us they were having the wedding at the House on Metolius we got super excited as it’s an extremely quaint spot really out there in the woods.  The thing is that there’s this house that’s right out of a Frank Loyd Wright design which adds a whole new dimension to holding a wedding in this area.  Details are everything to a wedding so of course WE love those details to photograph and Casey showed her true creative talent in all the details for the day.  It’s amazing to think that Casey put this wedding together in record time, (something like 5 months or less) and had really put a lot of effort in incorporating all those little details that tend to make a wedding personal.  One really cool idea during the ceremony was she had the rings tied to a bow which was passed around to all the family and guests prior to them going on each others fingers so everyone could give their blessing.  Another idea was creating a huge frame that would sit behind them during the ceremony to essentially frame the amazing view of Mt Jefferson in the background.  Oh, and that tent under which they danced was fabulous not to mention the classic Corvette get-a-way car and eight flower girls!  All in all, a fabulous day of creating that bond by celebrating among the love of friends and family.  Congrats you two!  Special thanks to Marisa Chappell, who second shot with me and did a great job!

We can’t wait to see where your amazing lives together lead next!

All the best,
