{Adriene + Anthony} UNC and Duke University Inspiration Portrait Session

-

Wendy’s family is fortunate to live right next to the booming academic excitement of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC, her alma mater) and just 11 small miles away from Duke University.  It’s a fun place to be with a tremendous amount of history (UNC was founded in 1794 and both teams have had bitter basketball rivalries and many national titles).  Walking around each campus has such a different feel…UNC has wonder brick buildings with tall pillars in the plantation southern style.  Duke has Gothic architecture with the center focus on their chapel, which you would think you were in Italy if you blinked!

In order to capture these special locations, we put together an inspiration portrait session with Adriene + Anthony, a fun-loving and easy-going couple that both are interested in modeling/acting.  They blended naturally with the camera and jumped into feeling comfortable behind the lens and with each other.  Thank you guys for sharing some fun with us and using these beautiful landscapes!

Go HEELS!

The arboretum at UNC looks more like a jungle here!  Rocking strong, Anthony!

What a great visit we had over Thanksgiving and love that you captured
beautifully an area of the US where I am so fortunate to live. It should be a terrific basketball season for both universities however, my vote goes to the Tarheels!
