Ashley + John are a seriously FUN couple! It all started when they brought out their 1961 Austin Healey for their e-session and we all went rip roaring around Bend through all the elements. We’d been looking forward to their July 4th wedding because the fireworks between these two is undeniable. John a fellow wedding vendor and the owner of Pave Fine Jewelry downtown. In fact, he was working on another couple’s wedding ring the weekend of his own wedding!
These two shared a wedding at a private residence with their closest friends and family and then took the party downtown to The Oxford Hotel. Their reception had the backdrop of a beautiful mountain sunset but everybody was waiting in anticipation for the sun to go down. Why? Because it was July 4th and sparklers were abound on top of the parking garage with the Pilot Butte Fireworks show in the background. When we got up there, there were people dressed in flags, bikes donning red, white and blue and a lot of hootin’ and hollering. When Ashley + John stepped into the chaos, everyone cheered and wanted a picture with the bride + groom. Thankfully, these two aren’t shy! Being fearless, Ashley jumped up on the piling (yes, in her dress) and they got the best view of the party below.
